About
Southern Piegan Health Center (SPHC) is a non-profit corporation of professional team members committed to excellent, quality and patient focused healthcare for the whole person. We provide care for the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the individual and their family. Our vision is to provide a high quality primary healthcare to the Blackfeet Reservation and surrounding communities in order to fulfil the needs of residents. We strive to provide high quality primary health care for a correct diagnosis, treatment and/or referral, using up-to-date methods to assist every individual to meet their healthcare needs. Our values of caring, commitment, excellence, and integrity serve as the basis for all out interactions with patients, residents, clients, and their families. These values provide the benchmark against which we judge the merits of our strategies and decisions. We strive to use limited resources wisely, demonstrate financial accountability, and provide quality care that fosters the trust of the community we serve.

We have four clinic locations; with our main clinic at 503 Popimi, two school-based clinics at the Browning Public Schools, 213 2nd Avenue S.W. and the Heart Butte Public Schools, 1 New School Road, and the newest location in Seville at 2 Tree Lane. Some of the services offered at SPHC are;
