About
Blackfeet Community Health Representatives aim to improve the overall health and wellness of community members on the Blackfeet Reservation. In order to achieve this goal, CHR's provide; health education, health promotion, disease prevention and supplemental resources for community members. Each CHR is CPR/ First Aid certified, a certified Nursing Assistant, and a member of the Community Emergency Response Team. We are under the Blackfeet Tribal Health System.

Check mail as well as transporting dialysis patients Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm

Our program is a community-based outreach program which provide home healthcare services with elders being our priority and to advocate for our elders.
